    Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using CrimsonDeck. By registering an account or accessing our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

    Section 01

    Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and CrimsonDeck Entertainment Ltd. ("CrimsonDeck", "we", "us", "our"), registered at Suite 800, 10180 – 101 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 3S4, AGLC Licence No. AB-IG-2583-2583.

    By accessing crimsondeck.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or engaging in any gaming activity on our Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email and a prominent notice on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    These Terms are governed by the iGaming Alberta Act, S.A. 2026, c. I-1.5, and all applicable federal and provincial laws of Canada.

    Section 02

    Eligibility Requirements

    To create and use a CrimsonDeck account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

    • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. We apply a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
    • Residency: You must be a current resident of the Province of Alberta, Canada. CrimsonDeck is licensed to offer services exclusively within Alberta under AGLC regulations. Players located outside Alberta are prohibited from using our Platform.
    • Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Alberta law.
    • Not self-excluded: You must not be registered on the SelfExclusion.ca program, the AGLC's provincial exclusion register, or CrimsonDeck's internal exclusion list.
    • One account per person: You may hold only one CrimsonDeck account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
    • Not a CrimsonDeck employee: Current employees, contractors, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to hold player accounts.

    By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are and will remain satisfied. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

    Section 03

    Account Registration

    3.1 Registration Process

    To access our gaming services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested on our registration form. You must ensure that all information remains up to date throughout the life of your account. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension.

    3.2 Account Security

    You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to:

    • Never share your login credentials with any third party
    • Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform
    • Enable multi-factor authentication when offered
    • Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices
    • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

    3.3 One Account Policy

    Each player is permitted one account only. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (by name, address, IP address, payment method, or device identifier), we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bonuses, and withhold winnings pending a full investigation.

    3.4 Account Currency

    All accounts are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Transactions made in other currencies will be converted at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider.

    Section 04

    KYC & Identity Verification

    CrimsonDeck is required by AGLC regulations and Canadian AML law to verify the identity of all players. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before we will process any withdrawal from your account.

    4.1 Required Documents

    • Primary ID: Canadian passport, Alberta driver's licence, or NEXUS card (clear colour copy or photo, all four corners visible, unobstructed)
    • Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence, or lease agreement issued within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address
    • Payment Method Verification: Photo or screenshot of the payment method used for deposits (for cards: show name and last four digits only, cover CVV and middle digits)
    • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): For accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding $10,000 CAD in any 30-day period, we may require source-of-funds documentation, including bank statements, employment records, or tax returns

    4.2 Verification Timeline

    Submit your KYC documents via the Verification section of your Account Dashboard. Our KYC team reviews submissions within 2 business hours during operating hours (Monday–Sunday, 8AM–10PM MT). We may request additional documents if the initial submission is unclear or incomplete.

    4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

    If KYC verification cannot be completed due to insufficient or fraudulent documentation, we reserve the right to close your account, freeze your balance pending investigation, and report the matter to AGLC and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

    Section 05

    Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

    CrimsonDeck operates a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) program in accordance with Canada's Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and AGLC requirements.

    • All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns in real time by our Integrity Monitor system.
    • Transactions that trigger our AML thresholds are reported to FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) as required by law.
    • We may require source-of-funds declarations and supporting documentation at any time, without prior notice.
    • Structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds is strictly prohibited and is a criminal offence under Canadian law.
    • Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited.
    • All funds must represent lawful income. Using our Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement.
    Section 06

    Deposits

    6.1 Accepted Methods

    CrimsonDeck accepts deposits via: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All deposits must be made from accounts or cards registered in your own name.

    6.2 Deposit Limits

    • Minimum deposit: $20 CAD per transaction
    • Default maximum deposit: $5,000 CAD per day / $15,000 CAD per month (may be adjusted subject to responsible gambling settings and KYC status)

    6.3 Processing Times

    Deposits via Interac, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are credited instantly. Visa and Mastercard deposits are typically credited within 1–15 minutes, subject to bank processing times.

    6.4 Deposit Fees

    CrimsonDeck does not charge fees on deposits. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

    6.5 Failed Deposits

    If a deposit is declined by your bank or payment provider, the funds will be returned to your source account within 3–5 business days. Contact your bank or our support team at 1-888-2583-542 if funds are not returned within this timeframe.

    Section 07

    Withdrawals

    7.1 Eligibility

    To make a withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed full KYC verification, (b) a positive real-money balance, (c) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and (d) not be subject to any account restrictions or investigations.

    7.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

    • Minimum withdrawal: $50 CAD per transaction
    • Maximum withdrawal: $10,000 CAD per day / $50,000 CAD per month (higher limits available for VIP players)
    • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (same-method policy)
    • Interac e-Transfer: Processed within 24 hours, received within 1–3 business hours of processing
    • Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 business days (subject to card issuer processing times)

    7.3 Withdrawal Fees

    CrimsonDeck does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or card issuer may apply their own fees. One free withdrawal per calendar month via Interac; additional Interac withdrawals in the same month: $3 CAD processing fee.

    7.4 Pending Period

    All withdrawals are subject to a 24-hour pending period during which you may cancel the request and return funds to your gaming balance. After 24 hours, the withdrawal is processed and cannot be reversed.

    7.5 Withdrawal Refusals

    We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if: KYC is incomplete, the account is under investigation for fraud or AML concerns, the withdrawal triggers enhanced due diligence requirements, or there is a pending bonus wagering obligation on the requested amount.

    Section 08

    Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

    8.1 General Bonus Rules

    All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

    8.2 Wagering Requirements

    • Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount
    • Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit, or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire
    • Slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements
    • Live dealer table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10% contribution
    • Video poker: 20% contribution
    • Scratch cards and instant-win games: 50% contribution
    • Certain high-RTP games (above 97%) are excluded from bonus play. A full list is available in the Platform's Bonus FAQ section.

    8.3 Bonus Balance Rules

    • Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met
    • Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: $10 CAD per spin/hand. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings
    • Maximum withdrawal from a bonus win (unless otherwise stated): $2,000 CAD or 5x the bonus amount, whichever is higher

    8.4 Welcome Bonus

    New players are eligible for one welcome bonus package. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon your first qualifying deposit of $20 CAD or more. The welcome bonus may not be claimed in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated. Players who have previously held a CrimsonDeck account under any name or email address are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

    8.5 Bonus Abuse

    CrimsonDeck reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where we determine that bonus abuse, collusion, or system exploitation has occurred. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, using software or bots to automate play.

    Game Rules & Fair Play

    All games offered on CrimsonDeck use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited quarterly by iTech Labs. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are published in the game information panels.

    • Game rules are displayed within each game. By placing a bet, you confirm you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
    • CrimsonDeck's decision on the outcome of any game is final, subject to our dispute resolution procedure.
    • In the event of a software malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned. We are not liable for malfunctions caused by your device, internet connection, or power failure.
    • Displaying incorrect odds, payouts, or game information due to a technical error does not obligate us to honour those erroneous values.
    • Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing/spinning and are not subject to RNG processes.
    Section 10

    Prohibited Conduct

    The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

    • Registering multiple accounts to circumvent limits, exploit bonuses, or evade restrictions
    • Providing false or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC
    • Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods
    • Any attempt to launder money or conduct financial crime through our Platform
    • Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping in poker games
    • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or interact with our Platform
    • Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain
    • Accessing CrimsonDeck from outside the Province of Alberta using a VPN or other circumvention technology
    • Engaging in chargebacks or reversing transactions after winnings have been paid
    • Threatening, harassing, or abusing CrimsonDeck staff or other players
    • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from our Platform without authorization
    Section 11

    Intellectual Property

    All content on the CrimsonDeck Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, trademarks, and service marks, is owned by or licensed to CrimsonDeck Entertainment Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

    • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content
    • Create derivative works based on our content
    • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without express written permission
    • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Platform using automated tools
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software

    Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Canadian law.

    Section 12

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrimsonDeck's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our Platform shall not exceed the total deposits you made in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    CrimsonDeck shall not be liable for:

    • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
    • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
    • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or force majeure events
    • Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
    • Actions of third-party payment processors or game software providers
    • Compliance with self-exclusion obligations by third-party operators outside our Platform

    Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on our Platform and that CrimsonDeck does not guarantee any particular gambling outcome. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.

    Section 13

    Account Suspension & Termination

    13.1 Termination by You

    You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available real-money balances. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not affect your obligation to repay any negative balance.

    13.2 Termination by CrimsonDeck

    We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if we determine that you have: breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided fraudulent information, are subject to self-exclusion, or for any other reason required by AGLC regulations or applicable law. In such cases, we will investigate and determine the appropriate treatment of your account balance in accordance with our regulatory obligations.

    13.3 Effect of Termination

    Upon account closure, your access to the Platform is revoked. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any fraud investigation. Data retention obligations (7-year minimum) continue after account closure as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    Section 14

    Dispute Resolution

    14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

    If you have a complaint about our services, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or 1-888-2583-542. Our support agents will attempt to resolve your complaint immediately. If your complaint cannot be resolved at first contact, it will be escalated to our Compliance team within 24 hours.

    14.2 Formal Complaint Process

    If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. We will issue a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving your formal complaint.

    14.3 AGLC Escalation

    If you remain unsatisfied with our decision, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC) at aglc.ca. The AGLC has regulatory authority over our operations and may investigate complaints relating to our compliance with Alberta gaming laws and regulations.

    14.4 Governing Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute not resolved through the above procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

    Section 15

    Amendments

    CrimsonDeck reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on our Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications) may be made without notice.

    If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    Section 16

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of CrimsonDeck are governed by and construed in accordance with:

    • The iGaming Alberta Act, S.A. 2026, c. I-1.5
    • The Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act (Alberta)
    • The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada)
    • The Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada)
    • All other applicable provincial and federal laws of Canada

    The courts of the Province of Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
